Nervia Sweet berdiri sejak 6 Maret 2019. Nama Nervia Sweet sendiri diambil dari nama sang pemilik Nervia Sweet, yaitu Rainier dan Olivia. Yang digabung menjadi Nervia. Kata sweet sendiri diambil dengan harapan Nervia Sweet dapat memberikan kemanisan kepada pembelinya. baik kemnaisan dalam pleayanannya, maupun kemanisan dalam beberapa produknya. Nervia Sweet menjual berbagai macam produk buatan tangan atau biasa disebut Handmade dan produk buatan rumah yang biasa disebut Homemade. Produk yang dijual diantaranya adalah :

- Aneka Pudding
- Aneka Cemilan
Kami melayani pembeli dengan hati yang gembira (seperti motto kami).

Aturan Pemesanan
- Chat penjual dengan meng-klik icon whatsapp yang berada di atas.
- Order H-7 (7 hari sebelum hari H)
- Berdiskusi dengan penjual melalui chat. (untuk membahas desain kue, pesanan diambil atau diantar, misalnya.)
- Penjual memberitau total pesanan.
- Pembeli mengisi form yang akan diberikan penjual.
- Melakukan pembayaran via transfer (BCA). Pembayaran paling lambat dibayarkan H+1 di hitung dari hari tersebut.
- Jika setelah pembayaran terjadi pembatalah tiba-tiba, maka uang hanya bisa kembali 20% dari total yang dibayarkan.
